Center for Stem Cell Bioinformatics

The HSCI Center for Stem Cell Bioinformatics provides resources for analysis, collaboration, and interpretation of complex, high dimensional stem cell data, as well as training to develop bioinformatics expertise within the community.

It consists of the Stem Cell Commons, a data repository and analytical engine, and the Harvard Chan Bioinformatics Core, a consulting group available to support the analysis of high-throughput data, consult on study designs, and provide bioinformatics education.
